National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), established in 1963 by the Government of India, through the International Labour Organisation (ILO) with the assistance of United Nations Development Program (UNDP), has been acknowledged as one of the ‘Centres of Excellence’, including the IIMs and IITs. Over the years, NITIE has emerged among the ‘Ivy-League’ B-Schools of India.
